SING HYMNS WITH UNDERSTANDING— REV’D CANON MENSAH

Rev. Canon Brobbey Mensah, well  known hymnologist and liturgist, has urged anglicans to sing hymns with understanding and in meditative posture.

According to him,Hymns are biblically based ,hence ‘carry’ words inspired by God. The stories behind these hymns reflect and demonstrate  God;s deliverance, power and might over the Earth.

“We must sing the hymns not for singing sake;As you sing, meditate on the words in your heart and you will experience God’s presence , miracles and breakthroughs in your life”  He said

Rev. Canon Brobbey Mensah is known for promoting stories behind the composition of hymns and their meanings.
